Gentle Hatha Yoga: If you think that you can't do yoga, this is the perfect class for you. Whether you suffer from injuries or chronic back pain, experience stiffness or other physical limitations, or you just think that your body isn't designed for flexibility, this gentle class will teach you that everyone can reap the benefits of yoga.

Yoga for Athletes: Use yoga to increase your agility, flexibility, lung capacity and core strength for better performance for skiers, snowboarders, cyclists, etc. Discover through yoga how to use minimum effort to produce maximum result.
