hours) We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for an office appointment and 48-hours for the cancellation of massage appointments. The nature of our business requires this time to reschedule someone else in your time slot. We will always give you a reminder call a day or so prior to your scheduled time.

If you fail to give us the required notification, you will be charged 50% of the normal fee. If you fail to come to your appointment and you have not cancelled your appointment, you will be charged the full fee.
